Emmy Awards

Christi has won several journalism awards, including two Emmys. One Emmy was for her work as an embedded journalist with the 101st Airborne at the beginning of the war in Iraq.

Christi has also taken honors from The Associated Press. She’s been recognized for her work on educational stories and won a Community Service Award from the Metro Nashville Police Department in Nashville, Tenn.
